Custodial Scheme

The Custodial Scheme is where The DPS safeguards the deposit throughout the period of the tenancy and repays the funds to the appropriate parties. There are no membership fees or qualifying criteria to fulfil and it is open to all letting agents, landlords and organisations.

Insured Scheme

The Insured Scheme is where the Landlord or Agent retains the deposit and protection is provided for the duration of the tenancy for a fee. There are no registration or annual renewal fees, and is available to letting agents, landlords and organisations.
