  • How do I request a direct debit mandate form?
    If you are an 'Invoice in arrears' landlord or letting agent and require a new or replacement direct debit mandate, please complete our Online Form. Alternatively, call us on 0330 303 0030 to request a new direct debit mandate. ​
  • How can I pay by invoice?

    If you are a pay as you go landlord (PAYG) and would like to be considered for direct debit, please complete our Online Form, when completing this form please confirm the reason for requesting to change your payment method from PAYG to direct debit.

    If you are registered as a letting agent you should already be using direct debit.

  • How do I update my invoice method?
    If you are a pay as you go landlord (PAYG) and would like to be considered for direct debit, please complete our Online Form, when completing this form please confirm the reason for requesting to change your payment method from PAYG to direct debit. Please note that lettings agents cannot use PAYG.
  • How do I change my direct debit bank details?

    If you are an 'Invoice in arrears' landlord or letting agent and would like to change your direct debit details, please complete our Online Form to request a new direct debit mandate. Alternatively, please call our dedicated Contact Centre to request a new direct debit mandate form.


    Please note that if your account details are not correct when fees are collected, your DPS Insured account will be suspended.

  • I don't want to pay by invoice, can I change my payment method?
    No. Letting agents cannot use pay as you go.
  • I think there is a mistake on my invoice, what can I do?
    Please provide details using our Online Form, we will then investigate your concerns and respond accordingly.
