Starting a tenancy

Protecting your tenancy deposits has never been easier

As the home of deposit protection, we’ve got it covered

We’re here to make protecting your deposits as simple as possible.

A choice of schemes

We provide two types of deposit protection for tenancies in England and Wales:

Custodial, a free service where we hold the deposit for the duration of the tenancy

Insured, where you hold the deposit and pay us a fee to protect it.

If you're unsure which is better for your needs, find out more about our schemes.
