Recently, our Customer Service team have had to deal with some very abusive calls. We know that there can be issues with a tenancy that are frustrating, but please be polite to our staff when you call – they’re people too, and are trying to help you. We simply can't tolerate abuse, so please be respectful and we will do everything we can to help you.
