Custodial

To create your Custodial account, you'll need to:

  1. Choose the type of account you need: Agent, Landlord or Organisation.
  2. Add your name, phone number and address (this is your personal or business address, not the tenancy address).
  3. Add the email you'll use to log in to your account. (It's important to use this same email if you need to contact us in the future. This is part of our security validation process).
  4. Choose a strong password. Your password needs to be between 12 and 30 characters long and contain the following items:
    • A mixture of upper and lower case alphabetic characters
    • At least one numeric character
    • At least one special character (excluding < > or whitespace)
    • No more than two repeated characters
  5. Choose your security questions. These will help you regain access to your account if you get locked out.
  6. Select your communication preferences and review and accept the terms and conditions.
  7. You'll receive an email with an activation link, which you must click on to finish creating your account. You can then log in and start managing your deposits.
