When your landlord protects your tenancy deposit with us, we create an account for you using the details provided by your landlord. You can check the status of the deposit and the details of the tenancy, as well as taking any action needed for the repayment process at the end of the tenancy. 

When we’ve created your account, we’ll email you with an activation code. You’ll need to click this link to activate your account before you can finish setting it up. 

Once you’ve activated your account, you’ll be asked to choose a strong password, and security questions in case you get locked out of your account. 

Activating your account is essential for keeping track of your deposit, so take action as soon as possible.
