Are tenants looking to move, or choosing to stay where they are? Here's what our latest survey results show.
Over the last year, the percentage of tenants looking to move has fallen. One reason may be the elimination of fixed-term tenancies under the Renters' Rights Act. With the option to stay in their current rentals longer, tenants may be choosing to do so.
