In July we unveiled our latest innovation to simplify your deposit administration, with the launch of our Evidence Upload tool, speeding up the process of submitting dispute evidence. Highlighted below are a few simple ways to help users make the most of this service.
There’s no limit to submissions per dispute
You can only upload a maximum of 40mb evidence per submission. However, if you have more than 40mb of evidence to send in, make as many submissions as you need to ensure all your evidence is uploaded. Just go back to the evidence upload page and complete the submission process as many times as you need to.
.msg file submission is coming
We’re working to add text message and email .msg file formats to the list of filetypes you can upload. In the meantime the simplest way to upload text messages and email messages is to save the .msg file as a PDF and upload it this way.
Don’t leave your uploads to the last minute
Try to avoid leaving your submission to the deadline day. Unforeseen problems such as connectivity or network issues may mean you miss your opportunity to provide your evidence.
Problems with your upload? Try splitting your submission
If you’re having problems uploading and refreshing the page doesn’t help, try splitting your evidence into multiple smaller submissions.
Check your evidence
It’s important to check your evidence submission summary after you’ve submitted your evidence to make sure it’s all uploaded successfully.
