Needed help with a change that I didn’t know how to make Online so phoned for assistance. Spoke to Denisa who having gone through the ID checks etc understood what I was trying to achieve, guided me through the Online page but this didn’t work as it should have done. Denisa offered to make the change over the phone instead which she did. She checked that she'd understood correctly and then told me what would happen next. This was exactly what I needed so it's a 10/10 score for Denisa!
